Incredibly professional staff, terrific room and magnificent location. Breakfast was marvellous - a huge variety of food. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. The service was very good, I appreciated it too. Not to mention private parking on site.

It's perfect base for sightseeing and exploring Kansas City. Extremely great, very cordial staff.

The whole experience was fantastic, nothing too much trouble, can recommend. Quaint 4 star hotel with super staff and marvellous breakfast. Room was gorgeous and towels were thick. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Exceptional service and exceptional value. Had no problem using their great parking, the internet was free. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Country Club Plaza district.
